Can multiple patients use the same monitor at the same time?Updated 3 months ago

No, the monitor is connected to a specific user's Mira app via Bluetooth. While you can reset the device for a new user, we cannot guarantee accurate results after multiple users.

To delete data from the monitor you will need to restore it to its factory settings. This option is available only when the analyzer is connected to the app. To do so, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Profile
  2. Select My Devices
  3. Choose Mira Analyzer
  4. Tap Restore to Factory Settings
