Could you please speak to the approach to women who are already on HRT but don’t feel like it’s going so well?Updated a month ago

For women already on HRT who feel their therapy is not working optimally, Mira can provide objective insight into how hormone patterns are responding. It allows clinicians to assess whether estrogen exposure is producing expected physiologic changes — such as shifts in E3G trends or stabilization of FSH — and whether overall hormone coordination is occurring.

With certain forms of HRT, Mira can also help distinguish exogenous hormone effects from residual endogenous ovarian activity and clarify whether ovulatory patterns or meaningful progesterone production are still present. This added physiologic visibility supports more precise adjustments and reduces reliance on symptom-based trial-and-error.

The case report from the webinar helps explain this. Click here to review the full case report.
