Is Mira covered by insurance, or does the patient need to pay out of pocket? What are the initial and ongoing costs?Updated 3 months ago

Mira is not covered by standard insurance. In the US, patients can use their FSA/HSA funds to purchase Mira products after applying a provider discount code. Additionally, some fertility benefit programs, such as Carrot, Maven, and Win, may cover Mira expenses, so it’s worth checking if your patient has access to these benefits.

The costs are as follows: $175 USD for the max starter kit, and $63 per set of 20 Max wands for additional testing, after applying provider discounts. For optimal tracking and to identify hormone patterns, a typical 3‑month usage would cost about $300 in total.
