Is the Cortisol result corrected for urine concentration (creatinine or specific gravity)?Updated 3 hours ago

No. A spot sample gives a concentration, not an excretion rate, so the result depends on urine volume as well as on how much cortisol entered the urine. A very dilute sample can read lower than the underlying excretion. Patients are coached to keep fluid intake consistent day to day, especially in the hours before a sample, to avoid drinking for about two hours before a non-morning test, and the app flags results that fall outside its measurable range as possibly affected by hydration or timing. This is the main reason results are presented as trends against the person's own baseline rather than as values.
