My data won’t sync with my app, what can I do?Updated 3 months ago

Syncing Troubleshooting: 

  1. Close the app and reopen it. If the problem doesn't resolve, write down the results and proceed. 
  2. Reset the Analyzer by pushing the pinhole at the back. 
  3. Make sure your app is updated to the newest version.
  4. Check that your WiFi settings aren’t blocking the app, and try with WiFi enabled.
  5. Re-edit your latest period, then try to sync again.
  6. Disconnect and reconnect the Analyzer from the app: Click the bottom right corner of the app. Go to Profile > My Devices > My Mira Analyzer > Unpair Mira Analyzer.

Please note: Disconnecting may lead to the loss of non-synced data, so make sure to record all readings before disconnecting. If any data is missing after reconnecting, reach out to [email protected] so they can manually add it for you. (Your previously synced data is saved and won’t be affected, no worries!)
Quick Tip: You can manually enter unsynced data by clicking the three dots on the top left corner of the Chart page then click “add new measurement”.
